We are technically open from 9am until 5pm, Mon-Fri. That is when we are available. We answer phones and we will call you back during those times.

We often find ourselves working well into the night, but we don't normally answer phones after 5pm.

Yes, you can. You'll need to call first and set up an appointment. We are very busy and all about town, randomly and so it's difficult to pin us down, but it is possible.

We are planning on moving the studio out of our home again in a couple years, once our children are a bit older. That studio will be a more visitor friendly place, and probably more exciting to tour.

You can always come see us at the Portland Saturday Market, Saturdays and Sundays at Waterfront Park.

Most likely. The best way to find out is to send us your zip code and then we can search our database to see if there is a store or gallery near you that carries our work.

Absolutely. We can replace any lid. Remember, though they are hand made so they will not be exact but they will fit your jar and we want you to be happy so keep that in mind.

Contact us and tell us the style of the jar that the lid was from, what design the lid was (especially if it was a style#2 lid), and we will ship another to you.

Please allow 2-4weeks for shipping. If we have everything in stock we ship within the week of your order.

Sometimes it takes longer because we make everything by hand. It takes a full week to turn a bunch of dust in a batch of finished pottery. And so, we like to give ourselves up to 4 weeks just in case a glaze load doesn't come out right or something.

Also, we have gallery accounts that order large quantities of our work. We process orders in the order they come in and we have busier times of the year than others.

It is very rare that it takes the full 4 weeks and if you have a serious deadline you need a piece by, for a present or something, please be sure to let us know!

We ship FedEx and USPS (to Hawaii).

Yes. This is mainly what we do. We have just started selling to the public on this site, mostly we do wholesale.

We offer and prefer exclusivity. We like to keep it one gallery/store per zip code. Very rarely and with everyone's consent, exceptions can be made.

We do and our pottery makes great corporate gifts. Especially our style#5. In a corporate gift order you will find they are priced just right and are also very high quality pieces. (All our porcelain is of the highest quality, true cone10 lovely feeling, lovely sounding, translucent porcelain).

Usually Amy sets it up and Rick runs it. This website is so easy to use that we are both on it a lot now. So, we both run it.
